Scratch Kitchen catered my daughter's wedding. Sharon and Jessica met with us several times prior to the wedding and were instrumental in both deciding on a menu that would fit our budget and designing an absolutely beautiful hors d'oeuvre and dessert buffet filled with delicious food. Their cooking experience, eye for colors, textures and table design was amazing and brought so much to the wedding reception.

Rentals
We do not offer rentals of any sort. Settings Event Rentals in Salida, CO and Ann-Marie Vintange in Buena Vista, CO offer a wide selection of everything you need for your event including tables, chairs, linens, and table settings.

Staffing
Our catering staff works very hard to serve your guests ensuring your event runs smoothly. They transport all the food, set up the buffet, maintain and restock the buffet as your guests go through the line, clear dinner plates, take down and clean up the buffet area and clean the kitchen area before they leave the event location.

Payment
We prefer to cash or check. If you would prefer to pay by credit card, a 3.5% credit card fee will be added to your bill.

Food Service
We serve all of our Appetizers, Cocktail Hours and Main Meals buffet style. We refill each buffet as the event is happening to ensure that every guest is able to feast on a beautifully presented buffet.

Food Truck
You can have our food truck come to you! We travel within a 30 mile radius of Buena Vista, CO and stay in Chaffee County.
There is a $1,000 food and beverage minimum required for bringing the truck to your event.

Special Diets
We are happy to work with you to provide every guest with a delicious meal. We will work with you in the planning stages to ensure every guest is taken care of. Please note, all food is prepared in a kitchen that does have gluten.

Catering staff is available for events of 60 people or more for an additional charge.
