Our food truck will be closed to the general public for 2024. After 5 summers of being open to serve you tacos and burritos on a daily basis, we are giving the truck a summer siesta for a variety of personal and professional reasons.

We will miss serving you but will return in 2025!

Even though the truck is closed to the general public for 2024, you can still book the truck for onsite catering of your private event. Please note there is an additional fee and the road stops outside of Chaffee County.

Requirements

Large, flat parking area
$250 additional fee
We only travel within Chaffee County

Set Up & Take Down

We will arrive one hour prior to service to set up
Take down and clean up takes 30 minutes to 1 hour

We work with you to create a custom menu and a unique dining experience for your guests

ETC

We are completely self contained. The truck runs on a generator we do not require a plug in.
$1000 minimum food and beverage order required
